| Easy Gravatars 1.3 |
Author: Dougal Campbell
This plugin allows you to automatically add Gravatars for commenters to your
theme, if your theme does not already support them Installation:
Copy the easygravatars folder and its contents to your wp-content/plugins
directory, then activate the plugin.
The plugin will add a new Easy Gravatars section under the Options menu.
There, you can configure the size and maximum rating of the gravatars that
you wish to display. You can also set the location of a default image to
display for users who have no gravatar (the default is a 1px transparent
gif), you can tweak the CSS for the wrapper around the image, and you can
select to attach the gravatar to either the comment author link, or the text
of the comment.
By default, the gravatar is floated to the right of the comment authors
name, which should work well with most templates.
faq:
I have a Gravatar, but it doesnt appear
The Gravatar service allows you to register multiple email addresses. Make
sure that the email address you use in your WordPress comments matches an
email address registered on the Gravatar server.
Also, check the rating of your gravatar versus the maximum allowed rating in
the Easy Gravatar options. If your gravatar is rated R, but you set the
maximum Easy Gravatar rating to PG, the image will be blocked.
Some people see Gravatars, but others dont
In some cases, there have been reports that Internet Explorer 6.0 does not
display gravatars properly. This is probably due to CSS bugs in IE6. I will
try to isolate this as time allows, but the best advice is for users to
upgrade to IE7 (for security and better standards support), or to use
another browser, like Firefox or Opera.
My comment author links disappear
You may have another plugin which is conflicting with Easy Gravatars. In
particular, Joost de Valks Google Analytics plugin version 1.3 also tried
to modify the comment author link. Upgrade to version 1.4 or higher of his
plugin, or select the "Comment Text" API hook in Easy Gravatars Advanced
Options.
Gravatars appear, but...
The placement of the Gravatars within your comments template is controlled
by the Span style and API hook options. The gravatar is rendered as an
image tag within a span, which is prepended to either the comment author
information or the text of the comment, depending on the hook selected.
The default options should work fine with most WordPress templates, but
theres always the chance that a template with a complex layout might have a
conflict. If simply changing the API hook selection doesnt give a result
which is to your liking, you will need to modify the CSS in the span style.
Sorry, but help with CSS styling is beyond the scope of this document.
Doesnt WordPress 2.5 have Gravatars built-in? Why do I need Easy Gravatars?
Yes, WordPress 2.5 added native support for Gravatars. However, older themes
dont support them. If you are using a theme which doesnt already support
adding Gravatars, you either need to modify the templates yourself, or use
Easy Gravatars to add them automatically for you.

The plugin is supplied with no warranty whatsoever and any contributors will not be held responsible for any damages caused by its use.
It does not work, what can I do?

Is it available in my language?
Currently the plugin is only available in English but anyone can translate it using Wordpresss standard tools: http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress . If you translate the plugin then please email me the PO files so that other users can benefit from them as well.
Alternativly you can translate the plugin online using an easy web interface on launchpad:
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/easy-comment-uploads/trunk
Is it secure?
Currently the plugin blacklists unsafe filetypes and is bound by the global php security settings so it should be fairly safe to use. However as with any plugin there is a risk and if the security measures taken by your site are not adequate, then this risk is greatly increased. As always I recommend you keep backups and if you do discover security issues with the plugin please let me know so I can resolve them as soon as possible.
As with all plugins, new versions include security fixes and resolve other bugs so I always recommend running the latest stable version.
I have just thought of an amazing feature your plugin should have, what can I do?
Good for you - send me and email or comment and if I like the idea, I will see whether my coding skills will stretch to making it. If you have a patch or want to contribute then even better - just contact me with a brief introduction and I will add you as a contributor to the plugin.

| Easy Chart Builder for WordPress 0.1 |
Author: dyerware
This plugin allows you to easily insert charts into your blog, making use shortcodes. While multipurpose, the chart system is intended to make it easy for posting detailed review measurements of some sort, such as video card comparisons. You specify the names of the devices being measured, the tests performed, and each devices measurements for said test Installation:
Verify that you have PHP5, which is required for this plugin.
Upload the easy-chart-builder directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
Now you can insert the shortcodes within your posts and pages.
faq:
How do I insert a chart into my post/page?
Currently this plugin has no graphical assist, so you have to manually type the shortcode
directly within your text as such:
[easychart]
This will create a default demo chart. You will specify a variety of parameters to create your own.
What chart types are supported?
Currently only vertical bar, horizontal bar, and pie charts are supported, however as the underlying
base of the charting is google charts, many more options can be provided if there is sufficient interest.
How can I support your plugin?
Well, you could buy our iPhone app :) Hey, its the price of a coke!
